Cape Cod Gymnastics Teams
Xcel Team
The USA Gymnastics Xcel program is a competitive program for girls who want to compete in gymnastics, but not at the Junior Olympic level and commitment. The Cape Cod Gymnastics mission for the Xcel Program is to give girls the opportunity to compete in the sport of gymnastics while also enjoying other seasonal sports with limited training hours for each level. The girls who compete Xcel develop high level skills and routines that enable them to compete at the high school level and also at the club level in college.
